Home Furniture warrants all bedrooms, dining room, living room, tables and accent furniture for one (1) year against all manufacture defects.
Furniture Accessories
Home Furniture will honor returns or exchanges on accessories that are picked up or delivered for the first 48 hours. Accessories do not carry a standard one year manufactures warranty. Examples of accessories are: lamps, mirrors, pictures, rugs, decorative pieces for tables, etc.
Mattresses
All mattresses are covered by manufactures warranty. Please refer to the warranty card provided.

Labor and Service Call Charges
Home Furniture covers labor and service call charges for one (1) year. A $45 per hour fee is charged on all repairs and service after the first year.
Furniture Assembly
If the customer requests for furniture to be assembled, it can be done for a fee of $45/ hour after furniture is picked up. A technician can be scheduled to do so. This is only applicable after furniture has been picked up.
As-Is merchandise
No exchanges, refunds or warranties are given on any as-is or floor sample merchandise. When purchased, these items will be tagged and noted as such.
Return Policy
We know that sometimes items do not match or fit as planned. A refund may be given on most goods within 48 hours but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, or, we will gladly let you reselect within 48 hours of your delivery at no charge. Refunds may take up to 15 working days for processing and are paid in the form of a check unless purchased by a credit card or financed.
On occasions merchandise might be delivered with minor imperfections and need touch-up or adjustments. Please call your customer service representative to set up a service call.
Delivery Charges
Home Furniture's delivery charge covers:
1. Set up of furniture being delivered
2. Inspection of furniture being delivered
3. Removal of all trash and packing materials
4. One year in home service of manufacturer's defects
Merchandise Pick-up Policy
We are not responsible for merchandise that is picked up and found to be defective after you get home. Please inspect merchandise before you leave the premises. If you have a problem we will be glad to go out and inspect. If no damage is apparent from your transporting the item then all warranties will be in effect as applicable. All approved exchanges on furniture and/or bedding picked-up by the customer (in lieu of delivery) require that the merchandise be returned by the customer. If the customer elects to have the exchanged merchandise delivered, a delivery charge of $99 will be required. This charge does not include set up of the new merchandise.
No warranty or exchanges will be offered or given on any merchandise that is purchased for commercial use or purchased on a commercial account. Please inspect merchandise upon pick up or delivery for defects or damages. A $45 per hour charge will be applied to any repairs or service calls to all furniture that falls under this category.
